It strikes me as a very hard working ward, staff constantly busy and committed to their work - patient care. Very professional and experienced nursing staff who I could turn to for guidance and advice and help. I would single out Amy as being exceptional at her health care duties and her ease of manner and calmness meant in times of worry I could turn to her for help. OT extremely supportive in paving the way home, which I was worried about a great deal - most grateful, Dr Ferice explained everything clearly, so I clearly understood my situation and what would happen to me, Dr Dean understanding and helpful. Physio - clear instructions which I followed. A great team effort. The floor team pleasant and efficient, dietitian good advice. My main difficulty was over eating disorder.
